Apostles of the Sacred Heart of Jesus

Ministry to the elderly, the poor, and minorities, often marginalized in society, responds fully to the call of the Church and to Mother Clelia's desire to favor the least and the most needy in society.

The Apostle offers loving and caring service:
- in homes for her ill and elderly sisters
- in maternity homes
- in educational-welfare institutions
- in housing assistance programs for the elderly and infirm
- in legal assistance programs for the poor and marginalized
- in retirement homes

These missions require sacrifice, patience, charity and understanding because the suffering faces of so many of our brothers and sisters invite the Apostle to be a true sister and mother in their midst (cf. Document of the 13th General Chapter, n. 101).
