The Congregation of the Apostles of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, founded by Mother Clelia Merloni, is a gift of the Holy Spirit to the Church. In imitation of the first Apostles, each of its members seeks to radically follow Christ, who came into the world to redeem humanity from sin and lead all back to the Father.

The Holy Spirit, dwelling in our hearts, is the pure source of “living water, springing up to eternal life” which Jesus promised to the Samaritan woman. Sent by Jesus from the Father, the Spirit purifies, renews and transforms us; he grants us his sevenfold gifts and makes us children of God our Father (Pope Francis)
